Just got game but didn't have cd...how can i get the cd...
I have also tried to join the forum at consimworld but keeps telling me membership awaiting approval

Online game
Just ordered the game. Can't wait to get it. I hope the Online Version works well since players limited for me. This board has been quiet. I hope I have some questions to spark some debate.
