yea i figured out the ship part, but like I researched and discovered a level 2 starport, but never had the opportunity to use it. I could only build level one objects.

Just played Space Empires for the fist time, sweet looking game. Only problem is, I couldn't figure out how to do anything. I established trade treaties and such with other races, researched...
