Of course it would be a GUI based program. It'll be written in Visual Basic, so it'll look like most other windows programs (pre XP, I've been working with .Net, but not enough to make it easy to...

I have to ask, how did you come up with the "value" for the units? Are you just pulling numbers out of nowhere, or are these bassed of of acctual units in game?

And wouldn't it be more beneficial...
