I get this all the time playing the P&N mod. Mostly in campaign 2 and 3.

I seem to remember a mission where I was sent to destroy a sithrak starbase. In that system there were 2 starbases, one was a sithrak and the other was a fahzra (sp). Both show up red on the radar...
