hmmm it seems that my inisial reasech didnt chose.. I wasted all my points on the first projekt:( Im sure that I didnt forgot it.. but its ok... but if it is a know bug or someting please say so..

hmm I dont seem to get the mod to work:( I have instaled 1.66 than 1.72 than the pictures, and than 1.72 fix.. but still it dont work I have 1.91 gold Version off star empire.. the problem comes when...
