when selecting scales, does mictlan gain any benefit from Restless Worshipers???

I played one game with pyth serpant cult, n9,e4. as soon as i researched gift of reason, i cast it on one of my hydras and then mad it a prophet.
In my dom it was around 360 hps and could regen 65...
