Possible to add a player to the game after start?

I have a player that wants to get into the game. WE have not yet finished turn one on the server. Can I just add his pretender file to the game, restart the server and have his nation activated? ...

I'm not getting blood slaves. I get a message saying something like 'x suitable girls found', but when I check the gem pool, it always shows 0 blood slaves. Latest patch.

Is anyone else seeing...

No blood slaves, moouse problem, hot keys not working

Did a blood slave search, found 5 in the province. Checked and they did not show up in the gems list.

Also, (unrelated issue) lost the mouse button functionality for no apparent reason.

Can't...
