Seeking Arrow question
Does anyone know if the damage from multiple seeking arrows is cumulative? For example, if I send 5 seeking arrows against a province which only has 1 enemy commander, who has something like 30 HP,...

does this work against SCs?
Has anyone had success using the spell "Stellar Cascades" against SCs, to tire them out so that they become sitting ducks?
Does anyone know if the spell has a MR check, or only works on certain...
