What Changes in the CD Version

I noticed that the version in my CD install is no longer 1.00. What's new, besides the map editor, resolution increases and the other published stuff?

SAS Horn of Africa Campaign

I've played a few short generated campaigns now. Maybe a couple of dozen scenarios played total. And I have yet to play one in anything but perfect visibility. No night missions what so ever. ...

I'm playing a generated Horn of Africa campaign using an motor SAS section. One of the weapons listed is something called an RGGS (#22 in the weapon list). It looks like some sort of short range...
