It would be nice if the OP didn't add rationales behind "yes" "no" and "abstain". Using just the yes/no/abstain options gives a false impression that the options cover all possibilities, which is not...

I did find the mod combining script, I think. But I saw the thread title ending in .py and anything in python...

I didn't mean to imply that this community was quieter than the others. Indeed, just that the whole community isn't that "chatty" as you so eloquently put it.

I must say the lack of combined mods...
