Well, in one sense they do not. ME Pangea has no unit which can give you the detailed info of a spy, but they can instill uprisings, Here is how.

1) get a black harpy

2) give it ten revelers

map issues

ability combo

I was thinking that a good thug/sc combo would be an awe/fear heavy unit, like a virtue with 10 dominion, that awe giving armor and a horror helmet. Im a pretty new player, so is awe/fear a good...
