OK here is a jpeg of the screen shot.

And for more info I did a reinstall and still get the same problem. But if I do a quick start game it does not have the same problem

Yes I hit print sceen then pasted it to word

Well that fixed one problem for me but when I create any new game there are no options in the ship strategies box when you design a ship. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong I have a screen shot of...
