Let me try to explain:
In SPWAW we can easily id the penetrations values in the vehicle information screen as:
(distance in hexes)
1 (hex) - 60 (penetration) / 10 - 52 / 20 -43

How can I know the armor penetration values of the diferent types of cannons available ingame? Like in SPWAW where we can easily identify the penetration values based on diferent kinds...
