I really don't like windowed mode. For me, it's a distraction that ruins my immersion and reminds me that I'm at a computer desktop.

I tried the workaround, setting it to fullscreen and maximizing, and it didn't work. Setting the resolution to 1920x1200 has no effect, and the res won't stick, it falls back to either the one above...
