From what I have read, you COULD read your turn, but couldn't send it in. Next turn you couldn't even open your turn. MrSparkle could be right, your e-mail could be doing something. But you don't...

What operating system are you using? Are you using Version 3.l0 of Dom? Did you just upgrade to 3.10? Are you using the quickfix 'mod'?
I think you can reinstall everything and re-create the save...
