What about buying the download and then burning your own CD? You can ask them if they would provide a printable CD label. And you can also print out a copy of the manual for your flipping pleasure.

I'm playing many civilizations concurrently. Gutians now at 22 but has only 2 emissaries left. Nomad at 18 but has 6 emissaries.

I've just taken a look at the "./data" folder, and I see that there are actually 11 of those "cam#?.b" files. Do you mind elaborating that a bit? :)
