This is why water nations are typically a bad idea on maps without fixed starts. If you end up with a capital in a pond you're screwed from the start.

He's been there since at least turn 5, and had a bunch of longdead and death mages with him. Pretty sure it was like that from the start of the game. Stupid jerk killed like 30 of my skinshifters....
