Did he just go into the game and check that Fast Arty was off in Preferences, or did he actually go into Preferences in YOUR PBEM GAME and check Fast Arty was OFF; because I've had more than one...

I actually went over to my neighbor and verified that he has his Fast Artillery OFF. So, it is not that! And yes, the PBEM game is secure, requiring a password each turn. Any other ideas guys?

Yes, I am playing PBEM, AND have fast arty off, and my opponent (my neighbor) is able to see his arty and planes strike on replay, but all I get is a little bit of infantry/vehicle action, I do not...
