I keep getting "....can't be downloaded securely" Have had the CD version for many years and downloaded previous patch's in the past with no problem....with the same computer. Any ideas or work...

Long time player with a question.....

Let's say I have 6 movement points (as infantry unit), can "taking cover" order accumulate more cover if I were to use the whole 6 points of movement? (3x2)
