Argh! I don't understand why people sign up for these games and then don't participate. At the very least, they should use these forums to communicate when they are going to need to take some time...

Actually, it looks to be 4 rounds staled. Or at least 4 rounds with no troop buys.

I think it is unlikely that the other player does not use this forum, or at least check in at Gandalf's blitz...
