Germany vs. US Map Sides

Why is it that in US vs. Germany scenarios, Germany is always on the right side regardless of whether it's AI or human, even in the scenario editor? How can one can change this?

Damaged vs. Destroyed

Is there a way to mod either weapons or armor to make AFVs more prone to be damaged/immobilized rather than be destroyed outright? I don't mean shots bouncing off the armor, I mean penetrating hits...

No, I've got it in a different folder in my C:\ directory. It's a separate copy that I'm modding. Makes it easier to access straight from C:\ than digging through Program...

Some changes to the exe, corps brigade division artillery and cavalry commanders are all some form of vehicle with the name changed. Country names changed and century now reads 18xx instead of 19xx,...

You're right.. been thinking that the bocage would be better used as fort parapets. Railroads could possibly be replaced by fences. But all of this is of no use unless SP-Fix won't cooperate :(

This is for a civil war mod. Im going to replace the tramlines with wooden rail fences purely for cosmetic purpose and hedges will be replace with stone walls. My problem is that I cant figure out...
