I'd like to raise a question about Weapons Destroyers and Reload Disruptors. Imo, they're overpowered.

Quite frequently I'm lacking the ability to set individual strategy for a particular ship (not to a whole class). I guess it's easy to implement by enabling Fleet Startegy button for a single ship...

Space Yard Base design (for all races) is quite odd:
Size Minimum Tonnage := 1500
Size Maximum Tonnage := 5000

I think that starting tonnage...

Declaration of war should have some serious consequences then, else such feature could be exploited to get a free research boost (declaration of war against weak or Ai driven empire, for example).
