I'd think, if you have 1.19 installed, you can't go wrong by up-patching to 1.27. 1.19, while fun had a lot of bugs. Many many of those have been fixed in 1.27. I expect to have even...

Thanks GE. I found this Mod of yours in 1.19 did significantly make the AI nastier! Even though I left the PD size at 20KT.
