Yeah you just need to replace all instances of "#era 1" and "#era 3" with "#era 2". Copy the mod first so you still have an unchanged original.

Re mod load order: If you are playing a mod nation then CBM needs to be loaded before the mod nation. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

Heh, in fact the error was in the changelog. Both of those are in fact fixed.

I don't understand why the "Son of Fenrer" error bothered you though, as the error was only in a comment in the mod!...

9 capitals sounds like a high bar to set, although I don't think it matters because once someone's got 6 or so I expect it will probably be obvious that they've won anyway (i.e. no objections).
