You can add text information that show up in the purchase screen - although I think many players will use all kinds of "creative" formation mixes if given the chance, regardless of what some notes...

Maybe, the differences are not all that big. Pbat G (Arm Bn Gotland) was somewhat larger at first - as it was a hybrid organisation, basically they added two tank companies to the existing infantry...
