So are we upgrading to v 1.20 then? If so, you have to be really clear about it, because if not everyone upgrades, it could cause a problem.

Noticed a couple balance issues. It seems that Light Carriers make all other ship types redundant. Only 10% of space needs to be fighter bays, so that's 720 kT of usable space vs. 300 on a frigate...

Let's try PBW. As long as the host (or someone) saves backups of the turns, the worst thing that could happen is that we have to revert to manual turns.

By the way, I notice that the Balance Mod has combat zoomed farther out than stock. This is a very nice feature and one that I wish all mods included. Where is the setting for this?

The mod is interesting, although I've always thought the 600 Rad cost on plasma and lasers made them rather worthless. I also can't figure out the tech tree. Received a bunch of levels in laser tech...

I had that problem too, but neglected to mention it. I should add that in my game I did finish my turn first and still did not receive the player's orders.

One way to deal with this, of course, is to use the sector view to place a ship, satellite, etc. right next to the blockading ship. Kind of cheap, but so is blockading with a fast ship.

You could claim every system you saw in SE4, but it didn't really mean much since it couldn't be a part of treaties. In SE5 it does mean something, so it makes sense that MM restricted territorial...
