The first half of the year was quite ordinary military service, including combat training, drills, camping in cold winter weather and other not so pleasant things. Afterwards it's surprisingly funny...

As Fyron said I'm from Finland and here military service is compulsory for every man. So I wouldn't use the word join here since I didn't have choice.

When you scrap a facility your resources increases at once. But according to that thread the resources disappear during turn processing.
