whether or not decoys work for mind duels, if you are going to be the defender, bring the s1 decoys with you and script mind...

well, without the storm the devils will fly in to melee first turn and wreak havoc, so the issue is really only if darkness helps when your opponent lays down a storm.

I forget specifically, I was certainly using fire storm when i could - by the stage of my devils getting decimated i was fairly chewed up, earlier on my armies of devils + infantry + fire evocs did...

As an aside, something I've learnt is not to rely too heavily on the devils. They rock as raiders, as surprise armies and as part of your army, but know they're coming and a storm knocks you dead....

Nice strat Baalz, the main challenge I see to a lot of the strategies mentioned is managing the blood levels required while staying competitive with research and having sufficient income....

The thing with the affliction bonus is that a lot of the time you expect to be killing targets you hit with damaging battlefield spells, and when you don't and they get an affliction quite often it...

He has done that in two games I was in, prior to that had a lot oging on in RL so expect he reachedbreaking point

wish his armies weren't on my borders as he went AI though..
