If you're talking about the OC of a company, you don't have a 6 man section that goes everywhere with the Captain. You have a batman and/or a driver in the car and an orderly or a wireless operator....

Well, the british liked to use PIATs to deal with german leave behind snipers. Tree, church tower, attic, it made no difference. Some enterprising sgt would creep forwards with the PIAT and 'sort'...
