Can atmosphere tpye other than none (methane, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide) be changed using atmopheric converters to no atmosphere (none) ?.

Well I did a little search on this board.It seems it's just percentage of resources that human player needs to have over AI after which (if player's score is over 500K) AI becomes mega evil empire.

Well, map created with 10 HW is very very detactable because it produces number of systems with 7-8 green big worlds out of 15-20 planents total in system.
