Re: Machineguns
The only time I've heard of tanks firing their MG on other tanks IRL is a process called "dusting" (Standard USMC doctrine, I assume the Army is the same way)
Dusting is when you fire on a...

Thanks guys.
Just some FYI's:
A comprehensive study was done to determine the C-130 replacement. It was decided to replace the C-130 with the C-130J. It looks like the original design, but was...

Re: Interesting Site: Wheeled vs. Tracked AFV (US
If I'm not mistaken, isn't the add-on armor for the AMTRACs (LVTP-7 and AAV-7) only to protect them against Russian 14.5mm machine guns?

Re: UAV Issues
I agree with Shadowcougar. At the very least, UAV's should be immune to small arms fire. And missiles should only get a reduced chance of hitting (Like .1%, 1 in 1,000).

Re: Friendly Fire from aircraft
I meant that as a % of overall fatricide casualties, airstrikes have gone down. Fatricide still exists in the form of bad arty coordinates, panic fire from troops, etc.

Re: Paratroops Question
It pretty rare IRL for airborne troops to take casualties on landing that is. It happens I'm sure, but make it a 1 / 100 chance not the 1 in 15 I seem to always have.

it's clear terrain, no problems, no reason for it. It annoys me too that the normal airborne squads take casualties too. It's pretty rare.
