I have tried teleporting an oracle, and 5 mages into an enemies home province... and I also had some magic carpets with some commanders eg: storm genrals castellans and gave them the most beefiest...

yeah some thing like that we have a cat and it loves jumping on the keyboard so some time I make mistakes....
and as for the magic sites, I know that max is lvl 4
but still I found plenty of magic...
