A-10 is always useful and I agree with Level Bombers also.

Most other aircraft I use to scout since UAV's don't survive.

I have not had any issue with engineers not clearing mines. I have had mech ing clear mines in the Silver Lions campaign post in this forum.

I haven't tried from a saved game.

I would use the pre game smoke for a while then emply yours. The 2 helos will help you a lot in finding all the enemy.

the XM-8 was fielded to replace the M-16/M-4 family of weapons due to flaws foung during OIF. The M-29 was never to be fielded before FY08. Is there a report out about the M-29?

Use the scout helos to find the enemy also. Them move behind their and your smoke to get them.

the map bnased SAM's for the most part are not area weapons (there are exceptions) and used against Helos and low to mid level TAC aircraft.

Helo a uberweapon.. you need...

USMC Harriers make a diving attack when employing weapons. They don't use hover except when landing on a LHA or at a FARP.

Or Chinese copies of the M-16. They could have anything. They have been fighting for years. They even had a revolt in 1916 I believe so WW I era weapons are most likley there.

Well, there are lots of Cobra airframes around and spares for them. So Jordan can get replacements. Also the king having blood ties to th US means he has a good chance of getting Cobra replacements...

To play an after nuke strike battle would have a map with no bridges, roads torn up and town ruined. Lower you vision since that equipment would have been damaged and lower troop morale a lot.

The use of nuclear weapons would have been in the first strike and I would recommend the Soviet Air land Battle Tactics by William P. Baxter as a good read about Soviet Tactics. There are other books...
