Yes, 34 makes a more focused research.
33 is no different compared to 25. The AI will research the same amount of projects at the same time.

Nice tool. I'd have some feature requests, but will save them for later when I have more time.
For now I recommend using 34 as the default value for Min Percent.

Hello Yimboli, yes I did the AI for CB Mod and most of the AI for Devnull Mod Gold as well. Not all of the AI for DNM Gold have been updated yet and the Amonkrie and Fazrah were done by Geoschmo.

I modded this once for Devnull Mod Gold. Made satellites with high cloak value (undetectable) and a warhed with sector damage for it. Thus they made unsweepable mines.
