I think he means that in the game, he finds ATGMs too accurate. He makes the point that IRL they are sometimes not.
While SPMBT takes suppression into account, I feel that an un-suppressed...

I had this EXACT same problem and have found a solution. Nvidia control panel has a setting for DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) which I use in other games. I found that turning off all DSR...

I've been experimenting with scouts a bit and I agree that scout squads can manage to be sneaky but scout vehicles cant.
Thermal sights should make a world of difference, not just add more hexes...

Mostly post-cold war time frame. One recent campaign I generated was Ukraine vs Russia. AI tank heavy ON. I still find the enemy buys maybe a platoon or two of tanks, then about a company of foot...
