sorry just trying to share an interesting anecdote. It would be cool, although I'm not sure if that kind of change would be a good bang for the buck as far as changing goes.

SJ - Tell me you weren't a math major because I don't even think Good Will Hunting could follow your math here. Missiles are currently suceptible to jamming. Current technology can confuse jammers....

If it is done, a change should be made. In SE III you simply got a certain number of levels instead of research points. The problem was that everything was counted evenly. You could get 5 levels...
