Sometimes you need a bigger gun - sometimes you need Gift from Heavens.

Other then that, I like Soul Vortex, because it makes the Wraith Lord a small, nice army-killer.

I think what he wants to say is not, that a heavy swinging weapon is a problem for a strong person.

Point is, that it is worse then a small (or) thrusting weapon, because strength actuall matters...

Sadly, that does not get around the no magic = no research rule, only the monks with the 1% pick will get the research ability.

Since there is no obscure other researcher without magic to copy...

Magic resistence negates easily was supposed to be 16777216, I have in my documents (I think this was correct).

Breath weapons (fire, cold, bile) have strength /2.
Boulders have strength /3

The dom3 database uses -1 as strength, -2 as str/2 and -3 as str/3, too.
