I think the ModPack Piundon guys are rather lazy researchers, in my games they produced very few research points.
As about every custom race now relies on armor for a long time, a a few more...

I have seen this too, with a starbase - no idea what to do, as it had multiplex tracking. Looks like a bug, yet I only have seen it in combat simulations so far.

If he was playing an ancient race, he still wouldn't be able to see ships, colonies etc.
Cloaked ships in my systems is nearly impossible.

I don't agree that emotionless is that costly - you can turn happiness totally down, so it only costs 2.200. Not to bad, I think.

I can't even retrofit or destroy the ships as I have no spaceyard in that area, so these ships are just expensive and pointless.
