Nope... I've got a couple of turns left as long as I've got money. I plan to make Lanka work for what they've encircled (and probably not get it... I think my crippled empire can at least rob Lanka...

Don't get me wrong, the only territory I can conceivably lose to him is territory that is already empty of people... it's just that the bulk of his spawning grounds have me crossing some very empty...
