quick host is in my opinion way better - if you are not rdy with your turns, simply dont upload them...
lets vote i suggest - qhost will make this game faster

Well I like theatidea also. As I said - im pretty open - I just want a smooth and fast game. That is why I agree to only 4 persons.

Well I think the best idea will be to have a standing server with quickhost set to 24hrs, but with agreement taht we will do our best to play in the evenings - 2 turns or something. I understand it...

thats what im thinking about - we have just to choose one. If there is somebody with experience how to run a game on such server (llamasa, Gandalfs) ill be happy to give such a person a lead.

Well fixed hours are not so important - more important iare 2 turns a day. So its ok with me - but if we succed to play at fixed hours it will be even better.

BTW - I have played a short game with 300% setting. I trully believe its way to much. WAY WAY too much. Try it out also. After a few turns, I have 7000 gold, im building 2 new castles every turn and...

I also read the manual - it seems creating maps is not so bad. The biggest problem is to draw a nice looking and interesting map...

Sombre: are you sure if it is not starting from the left bottom, then it goes to the right, move one pixel up, comes back from right to left, go up...
