So your prophet managed to pick up the mace after the fight, that's unfortunate. If we go this way and deduct the gem value of your still alive summons(11/17*25gems=16gems) and thistle mace(10 gems)...

When using sidhe lords as thugs, water 9 bless isn't that good because it adds need for more reinvigoration. Try E9N4-6 instead, you will find out that sidhe lords perform equally well with this...

Some degree of correction is required here. Sauromatia did indeed defend its fortress successfully but Caelum doesn't mind the "heavy losses" of ~70 troops as all of them are very easily replaced....

For example any era C'tis or MA Caelum.

Yeah, I watched the replay and I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. Your communion worked just fine as far as I can tell and magic paths boosted by communion don't show up in the unit...

Well, it seems Sauromatia's greed has no end as this turn they attacked Caelum with an army of 200+ troops/commanders. Wisdom of this new assault will be evaluated soon when people of the sky flock...
