Re: Invisible Swarm 2 - recruiting

I don't need a break for Thanksgiving, but if anyone wants one it's fine by me.

Also, Wraithlord's program is awesome; definitely recommended.

Re: GUI for probing turn status

Sweet, I was looking forward to this!

Does it save the autosave-configuration, though? It seems to turn it off when I close the program.

Re: New East-West 6-player balanced map

Very nice indeed. We just played a 6-player blitz on the map and it was fun.

Re: Turn 46

Yup yup, I have also gotten them. The game has been known to generate false cheating messages since they implemented the feature; indeed, I haven't heard of a single case where the cheating message...

Re: CB Mod

Well, my preference already was for vanilla: if it helps avoid battle replay -problems, then all the more reason for it http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Re: RAND Game (PBEM) - Open

My preference for Ages is first Late (with Ermor and R'lyeh excluded) and second Early. It feels like I have played Late by far the least, with Middle being the most-played. With Late we could do...

Re: RAND Game (PBEM) - Open

I'd prefer vanilla. (Well, Worthy Heroes I could never oppose.) You sure have become mod-happy of late. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

I'm against this as well: the way...

Re: GUI for probing turn status

Well, I just made a shortcut to the program on my desktop: that one can have an icon assigned to it via properties. I have no idea how one would attach it to the actual program, though...

Re: GUI for probing turn status

Hey, attached is an icon for the program if you want one. (Since I'm so shallow, I couldn't bear seeing it without one, as it's a program I use every day...

Hey, I just realized: Meglo Bob and Lord Bob... is it your alt,...

Re: Invisible Swarm 2 - recruiting

'ey, isn't this one still peaceful? At least, that's the way I calculated it in my earlier post: 10 peaceful sets of orders. Thus, this turn would still have enforced peace, and the next would be the...

Re: GUI for probing turn status

It's not the debug-version. (Unless they are mixed up in the package http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif ) When I tried to save my turn with the invalid path and quit the program,...

Re: Game talk

Yeah, you have to redo the messages as well. No such thing as instantaneous messaging here!

Pro-tip: never, ever, ever use the ingame messaging system. Instead, use private messages on these...

Re: GUI for probing turn status

Ah, you had configured the game wrong! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif (A typo in the game's name.) Works fine after correcting it.

While figuring that out I noticed that...

Re: GUI for probing turn status

This is a really sweet little program. I'm only in one server game, yet I still use it since it's much faster probing the server than the game itself is! Definitely recommended for folks who play a...

Re: Seeking Map advice/input Epic HeroesII

Just how many threads does your game need, dude?

Glory of the Gods multiplayer-version is pretty nice in that size-range. Orania is another good map for a full era, but it has less water.

Re: Settings Finalized!

Hehe, that's some quirky house rule! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif You don't see rushes before turn 10 usually anyways, so I don't quite see what the point is. In fact, the...
