Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a cripple in a running competition.

With some odd 6 hours to host or something, half of the players had still not submitted their turns, I postponed the host and about doubled the hosting time so people can catch up after this break we...

Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a cripple in a running competition.

Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a runner in a running competition.

Well, there has been no word from ermor - I'll start looking for a sub. If there's anyone who knows someone who might be interested - ask them.

Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a runner in a running competition.

Ermor has gone MIA on the christmas break. I'll postpone the next hosting by 48h to see if he's coming back - if not, I'll look for a sub.

Exactly.

Now. Let's get this game going. Submit your turns! (Even the russians should find a moment of soberness for it!)

llamaserver's probably just lagging behind with the web interface. It'll probably update sooner than later.

Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a runner in a running competition.

So, 23.12->2.1 it is. Quickhost will be on, so if people submit their turns, it'll host.

Re: BearTrap - Early age game. Running like a runner in a running competition.

Since there'll be a player gone for the weekend (and xmas generally around the corner), we'll be extending the host by 48h or so after next hosting.

Will anyone need more than 3-4 days for their...

Re: Rock the Cradle--Noob Only! (RUNNING)

I am not alarmed. I am pissed that dick**** mcgee has to go around ****ing stating what all my casters are, and what all the research he knows I have is, even when other people wouldn't have that...

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Except that I would've had the need to ferry more troops from over 6 provinces away, which would cost me few more turns to deal with this whole mess. And I'm kind of time-constrained. Sure, I'll miss...

Re: Nerf

That's the reason you don't use machakan/ape PD. Actually niefel/jotun PD might not be able to survive that either, probably. Either way, I've never seen AI take a province with 125pd. Never. Ever.

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Oh man, of all the nations the most powerful of them all attacked you!

The nation of Mictlan condemnes all violations of diplomacy and continues their meddling elsewhere. Be seeing you!

Re: Nerf

Just take a few provinces, and the moment you see any AI, pd125. It'll speed the start by about.. say 100 turns.

It's not how I play SP (I don't play SP at all), it's just an example of how a bad...

Re: Nerf

Other nations get more w/n income or constr site, they win. Unless you meant by "equal access" that every single nation got exactly the same w+n income and mages, in which case yes, you are right.

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

top of the charts.... until mid-late game. MA Mictlan is a sad nation.

Also, I liked the poetry AngelSong gave us. It was beautiful. I don't know what it means though.

Re: Nerf

Wrong.

also, you win SP by taking one province, 125pd, take another province, 125pd, rinse and repeat. Forever. It takes probably gazillion turns and wins you the game. It's still not fun. SP...
