Should the fighter group be averaged or not?
Would it be better to have two separate fighter Groups?

I would have thought that 50% of the current design upgrade limit would apply to individual resource types, rather than the sum of the totals. That seems mroe sensible, and likely.

If you download SE3, you'll see how happy many people are with the UI style. Its the same sorta thing, but the graphics are a brilliant improvement.

Part of each component is:
Tech Area Req 1 := Troops (See TechArea.txt)
Tech Level Req 1 := 3 (Level Required)...

Starting Techs

I think that 'low' 'medium' and 'high' starting techs in SE4 are RUBBISH.

I want a game where I barely have some of the more advanced techs, and can research them without having to go and 'waste'...
