If there is, I'll need to miss an hour or so at some point - friend's computer is having 'fun' and has quite a bit of weekend work that needs doing.

Plasma weapons are perfectly useful, just as the other weapons in CBmod are, but they're less immediately apparent.

1) They use no supply whatsoever.
2) They fire every turn.
3) Their costs make...

The intro screen could use a little less pixellation in my opinion but it's a cool idea. I'm loving the mod so far, it'd be nice to see some more LTM games on PBW as it matures. Great work, Ed!

Absolutely a Brainiac fan. I love having the really high tech, plus it can make you a valuable trading partner to races that don't have such great technology. I'd say they're not so good early game...

I'd appreciate a discussion of new times. As I've said, Thursdays aren't possible and every other Saturday (next one isn't available. Sundays might be possible but they'd have to be in the morning...

As far as I know, Thursday evenings work fine for me through the summer.

Should a switch be necessary, Monday is out for me, and Tuesdays I wouldn't be able to arrive until 30 minutes late....

I'm with Narf here. While I really enjoy the long complicated plots and suchlike, sometimes I have a hankering for a simple dungeon-crawl session....
