At the end of a just-finished SP game, I tried Wish and Gift of Reason for some units which were new to me. I GOR a Son of the Sun (enslaved from a Faerun scenario) and he got back only his baseline...

I understand, but think there is some value in keeping a separate list of things that seem more "patchable" Dom2 wishes vs the bigger only-in-Dom3 wishes. But yeah, this thread is probably too big...

I want multiple fort building options.

It's apparent that the fortification selection for a nation is a key balance factor in the nation, but it seems excessively and artificially limiting to me...
