Re: Javelin ATGM

Thank you Backis for your input!

Did anyone notice that most sources state the pen of the Javelin as 600mm and not the 450mm that is now in the game?...

Re: Soviet tank crew survival.

Marcello,

Thank you for mentioning the pen value of this weapon. In the game it's 450mm. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif

Unit #571 in Spanish OOB

This unit is suppost to be a JU-88. The LBM shows a HE-III.

The ICON is correct but the LBM is wrong.

Just a little help! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Re: Soviet tank crew survival.

Sewter,

So far your response has made the most sence. What I'm talking about is you mention of the use of live munitions on the target vehicle.
You have a valid point! Maybe they did use high...

Re: Javelin ATGM

Here is a flash too. This was a Predator Light ATGM (US) fired at a target M-48 or M60. Notice flash under vehicle.

This also is a top attack ATGM. Most of these type of missiles upon striking the...

Re: Soviet tank crew survival.

Listy,

The T-72 in the test was FULLY loaded with ammo and fuel. This no doubt had an effect on the test and the total destruction of the vehicle. It would serve no purpose to load the tank up...

Re: Javelin ATGM

The range limitations seem to be more of a limitation of having a direct line of sight and safety considerations. The seeker on the missile seems not to be able to distinguish between targets at...

This is what happened to a test target, fully combat loaded T-72 vs a Javelin ATGM. See attachments.

Javelin ATGM

Some Nations may be lacking this weapon in their OOB's.

Also the site that I have posted gives the Range as 2500 meters, not 2000 meters as is now in the game.

See, ...

Sewter,

You seem to have most of the dates for the different versions of the Hellfire ATGM.

The dates needed would be those for the different versions of the Maveric. If you can find those that...

If the Western forces are the...

Re: Accuracy values for the main guns - MBT\'s.

I may be wrong to a point about the ROF issue. But they did change the accuracy of the 120mm main gun in the US OOB. Maybe in some cases more than it should be. Especially the early 120mm guns. This...
