A question about multiplayer - does the turn run when everyone gets their turn in or does the server wait until the posted time for turns to be in regardless?

Actually I do have another question. I notice the map is called "Cradle of Ice and Fire" which I'm not familiar with and it doesn't come up when I do a search on the forums. Do I need to do anything...
