Does the 'Damage Percent Per Ship = 80% have anything todo with your ships not bothering with the severely damaged one sitting on...

Ive had my fleets stuck on the edge of the screen to. damn annoying when u are trying to glass a planet and have to manually do the first few movements so the ai can take over

But the type of exploit i meant was exactly the kind u mentioned, sending one ship at a time or a a few...

I dont think its the cost so much as the extra time it will take to produce the ship thats the deterrent.

if you know the enemy fleet is coming and you cant afford to wait the extra 1-2 turns to...

Theres a line in the VehicleSize.txt file that says "Requirement Max Engines := X" change the X to what u want and your in business
