definetly, vietnam era scenarios are a no-go for begginers, start out with battles in the u.s-Iraq era playing as the U.S, once you become good at it(I.e, win) move back in time to the Soviet era and...

Don't think so, but you can always map an area with the data presented in winSp games, but you can't render a map directly from the game files

Actually I was wondering what (if any) effects EW rating had on AAA.
If the slower speed of UAV allows them to be shot at more frequently I think it's pretty well offset by their size.

If you mean, after turn 12 game is still rolling,IIRC it gets extended when neither side has captured some v-hexes or caused some damage to the opponent.

No, it ain't, but you can z-Fire onto it, and target it with a plane if no one near he may drop bombs on the building, anyway, destroying buildings is just another way to improve enemy cover

And you won't usually need to destroy many tanks as japanese player, when playing japanese i use tank hunters and such for bunker busting.

Some Tool wich tells what hexes you can see from a selected hex would be good for that, click a hex, then click the "tool", Don, andy, ideas for you? :D

I had a FULL COMPANY of vc pinned by one of the machinegun emplacements for 10 turns, until a few got past to capture the v-hec behind it and blew it up. maybe have them spread along a wider area so...

The new Transparent ones look very good, they actually look like real dug in positions, btw, IIRC you have 4 diferent icons for entrenchments in the file, so you can have mixed Foxholes, Sandbags,...

It's a forward observer, his only use in the battlefiel is to call accurate and fast artillery fire, use your FO tu call arty, and DON'T GET ENGAGED, he's a costly unit.

Playing thru it, found 2 ways to "win"(you might not always win)
1.
Advance Slowly, Use your scouts to find the enemy, once you have them on sight, get your FO to plot a mortar strike at enemy...

UPDATE: note that those 2 units i mentioned seem to be on the wrong formation, there's a formation with NGF Support, so they could be moved
